Estate Planning

Since its founding in 1994, Legacy Counsellors, P.C. has focused solely on helping families create a lasting legacy. We understand that your loved ones are important to you, and we want to help you provide for them even after you are gone through proper estate planning measures. Because you want to make sure your future heirs receive as much of your estate as quickly as possible, it is important that you enlist the legal guidance of a probate and estate planning lawyer to help you with effective strategies to avoid probate and reduce estate taxes.

Our legal team prides itself on listening to clients' goals and then creating unique estate plans that help to accomplish their desires. We also make sure that your plans are actually executed should you become incapacitated or pass away. Our attorneys are knowledgeable about many planning techniques and can help you and your family preserve and protect your assets. We also provide counsel to business owners to enable them to pass family-owned businesses to their children and grandchildren.

We know that talking about death and aging is never easy, but it is important to make plans for possible nursing homes and Medicaid care. In addition to creating a plan for your unique goals for the future, we work to protect your assets from taxes and creditors so you can preserve and even enhance your Financial Legacy. If you are currently serving as a personal representative, our firm can efficiently guide you through the probate and estate administration process.

We offer seminars to our clients, including continuing education courses, which can teach you more about how to enhance your Financial Legacy.
