This seminar will take us from incapacity through the death of the Trustmaker. We examine how the tools you have created (your Living Trust, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, and Living Will) each work individually and together to meet your goals. We will also examine the roles of your Trustees at incapacity and at your death, including timelines and interaction with governmental entities, such as the IRS.
