Joseph Hanbury

Joseph joined Legacy Counsellors P.C. in January 2026 as a legal assistant and receptionist. In these roles, he communicates with clients and assists the staff and attorneys throughout the estate planning process.

Joseph graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in May 2025 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a certificate in Social Work and Social Welfare. He is interested in pursuing a career in law and is excited to learn from the rest of the Legacy Counsellors team.

Originally from Dedham, Massachusetts, Joseph now resides in Northampton with his partner Ellie and their cat Misha. In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, reading, and cooking.

Joseph primarily works out of the Easthampton office.
